Estuve a cargo de esta Unidad desde su creación, por lo que tuve a mi cargo la elaboración del Manual de Procesos de la misma, con la asistencia de un consultor externo, y la puesta en marcha de los seis procesos establecidos para la implementación, prueba y mejora continua del Plan de Continuidad de Negocio del Banco de España, en colaboración con 19 Interlocutores de Continuidad de Negocio (habitualmente Jefes de División o Responsables de Departamento).
Otras responsabilidades incluyeron la participación, en representación del Banco de España, en reuniones del SEBC y en cursos y presentaciones a otros Bancos Cen-trales sobre Continuidad de Negocio.

Cooperating with other six board members in defining the guidelines and controlling the working plan of the technical working groups that do development and maintainance of the global “de facto” standard for financial information interchange, to keep them aligned with the strategical goals defined by the XBRL International Steering Committee.
In this voluntary position, I had the chance to make a non trivial deal among rival technical proposals with full acceptance by both sides.
