Hi, I’m Daiana—an Explorer, Innovator, and Entrepreneur. I help professionals identify hidden needs when they feel "something is off" after 2-3 years in a job. Then, I guide them to think like intrapreneurs and reinvent their jobs for a more fulfilling life. I believe that the organizations of the future will thrive by nurturing people's individual needs for growth, flexibility, and impact—especially as the next generation of employees (Millennials and Gen Zs) demands it. My journey involved a challenging 5-year battle with panic attacks and IBS, stemming from navigating an unconventional professional path. This struggle led me to discover Design Thinking (and Life Design) and apply it to resolve my own job and life challenges (more about my story in my Video Talk, link in Featured👇). It is my personal mission to make Life Design tools and online programs accessible to professionals across industries, helping them reinvent their jobs for a more fulfilling life instead of quietly quitting.
