Director for Wales Action on Hearing Loss Cymru:
Key achievements:
Externally- secured continuous funding for hearing aid support services in Powys,
ensuring sustained delivery and pleasing for volunteers to be honoured with a highly
commended award for the Best Volunteer Team Wales, at the Wales Charity Awards
2019.
Secured- Welsh Government three year funding under the Sustainable
Social Services Grant 2020 -2023 for a post audiological support and wellbeing service. 
Negotiated & currently chairing Welsh Government's Task and Finish  Group on ‘Dementia & Hearing Loss’
Led the development of revising national social care guidance for working with D/deaf people and people with hearing loss on behalf of the Welsh Government
Delivered the ‘Excellence Wales Awards’- celebrating employers and services pan
Wales for deaf friendly practices.
Delivered the world’s first conference on Hearing Loss and Dementia in Wales
Reviewed key quality and governance arrangements in Wales as part of wider
organisational Governance Review and re-set the bar in relation to quality and
performance assurance for services and projects.

To ensure that the legislative and policy frameworks, provision of services across public services in Wales, and national debates reflect the issues that matter to older people and that older people have a strong voice in the development and delivery of public services.

WRC Strategic communications, public affairs, media management, policy and research professional working to change perceptions about asylum seekers, refugees and individuals at risk of exploitation in Wales. Advocating for a fair asylum process and full implementation of Wales safeguarding responsibilities to protect the most vulnerable.
