My first year at the business saw me go over and above my duty to help co-ordinate the Ops-Challenge charity work that the Brecon branch participated in. Helping to raise a huge sum for the Stroke Association, I was nominated as 'Community Champion' at the Chairman's Awards - standing out from over 150,000 employees. I was again nominated in 2017.

U.K. Elite Soccer (now Steel Sports) is the leading soccer coaching company in the United States - offering a range of programmes where long term player development is guaranteed. My area of work for the Spring and Fall was Connecticut and New York - with a large focus given to Pelham Travel Soccer Club. However, the popular summer products saw me travel across the entire East coast, working with children from 3 to 18.
