While working full-time as a forklift driver, I earned my Computer Science degree in 2024 through Walmart’s college program. This unique career path has given me a broad skill set beyond traditional IT, allowing me to approach technical challenges with fresh perspectives and adaptable problem-solving strategies.

I specialize in networking, technical troubleshooting, active listening, customer service, root cause analysis and emotional intelligence.
