Ragin' Raccoon is the first tech-enabled trash removal service purpose-built for vacation rentals. 

Starting with the guest's experience and working backwards, Ragin' Raccoon fully removes trash after every checkout, so guests no longer have to worry about overflowing trash or pushing bins for trash day.

For property managers, service is hands-free. Checkout scheduling is automated, and you receive completion reports with each service.

•Managed Cross-departmental projects with stakeholders in Sales, Dev, Growth, Marketing, Procurement, Strategy, Unit Economics and Senior Leadership.
•Provided as-needed support to the larger Product and Development Teams by aggregating internal and external feedback into actionable metrics, and then communicated those metrics to the appropriate stakeholders, resulting in lock-step collaboration.
•Spearheaded a new Business-to-Business (B2B) product from development to launch in association with Project and Sales teams, using current market research, resulting in a new company vertical that produced exciting returns within first few weeks of launch.
•Proposed and built-out internal Inventory tools and standard operating procedures resulting in higher visibility on inventory, related spend and deployment across all markets.
•Managed day-to-day Warehouse Operations by utilizing available resources against business needs.
•Improved stability, effectivity and efficiency of daily operations by utilizing consistently improving daily operating procedures to: reduce labor spend, increase orders fulfilled, better allocate general resource and improve employee training and confidence resulting in increased customer satisfaction and market-leadership across the organization.

•Launched, outfitted and scaled the Chicago Market for a high-growth startup, working closely with the US Director and US Vice President of Operations
•Created Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure and encourage success both operationally and on the employee-level across markets by working with the US Director of Operations and a cross-departmental team across the organization
•Focused on increasing employee confidence by creating clearly defined roles and expectations against business needs
•Managed incoming and outcoming freight shipments by working with Inventory Managers and Procurement teams across each market
•Managed inventory for the operation.
•Proposed and developed standard operating procedures for improved inventory and general resource management.
•Onboarded 3 Operations Managers to support expanding operations
•Trained hourly associates and provided orientation to new hires
•Issued Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and provided coaching on how to improve hourly associates' daily performance in the warehouse to support business operations
•Managed the operation through COVID-19's Omicron variant spike by creating safety compliance rules to continue necessary daily operations

I was responsible for offering the students the ability to understand English from a native-English speaker from the United States, through general conversation, games, and other activities. I interacted with students as young as 5 years of age to as respected as 70 years of age. I was able to facilitate this through frequent interactions with the students under the guidance of an English-teaching professional of over 10 years. I was responsible for any other task assigned by the director.
