Damaris has a passion for creating a culture of learning and development. She currently is the Specialist for the Office of Equity and Inclusion at Facing History and Ourselves a cross-functional role which provides critical operational, financial, and administrative support for the Chief Officer of Regional Operations and Organizational Equity and OEI Team. Additionally on her space time she freelances in branding, communications and social media campaigning for small businesses and Chapters of Greek organizations.
