My life has been focussed on securing the people and businesses I care most about, 25 years on I have had the pleasure of working with Property Owners, SME & Corporate clients ensuring they are receiving the right cover and the right service for their business. In my opinion the insurance industry has changed significantly over recent years, with broker consolidation and insurers utilising more AI. This makes the client journey more transactional than personal and could potentially lead to gaps in insurance cover. Many people feel they are not getting the level of service they should for the premiums they pay, making them disillusioned with their existing provider. The reason I founded crs.insure is because I care passionately about both the client experience and the importance of having the right insurance cover. I want to bring the personal touch back to insurance broking. I work with all of my clients as an extended member of their team, providing bespoke tailored insurance solutions for their business needs. When I am not working you can find me either watching football or paddle boarding along the South Coast. I am a commited father of 1 child who keeps me fully entertained.
