Having qualified in Bristol at Edward Symmons in 2006, I have since been based in London providing Red Book valuation advice to all the key specialist development lenders and UK clearers. In addition, I advise a number of niche residentially focussed funds. My primary focus has been on residential led developments and investments and, more recently, aligning with the demand and drive towards the Alternative Living sectors. On a personal front, being outnumbered at home with two young daughters I try to escape for a round of golf (unsuccessfully) or struggle with triathlon training.
