To nie jest wybór pomysłu na gospodarkę. To nie jest nawet wybór opcji politycznej. To jest wybór systemu wartości w jakim chcemy żyć. Nie chcę by reprezentował nas ktoś kogo bałbym się zatrudnić aby mnie nie oszukał. Także dla mnie nie ma innego wyboru niż Trzaskowski i nie muszę się z nim zgadzać by wybrać go. Postawmy na wartości bo w długim czasie one zawsze są najważniejsze.

What you will not find in AI experts or consulting decks: Study looking at AI chatbots in 7,000 workplaces finds ‘no significant impact on earnings or recorded hours in any occupation’ Now we are are past the "click" headline so here it is: (...) AI chatbots have been rolled out across hundreds of white-collar workplaces, but on average, their effect on hours and pay has been negligible, according to a National Bureau of Economic Research working paper linking AI use to corporate records in Denmark. On average, employees saved 3% of their time, while just 3%-7% of their productivity gains came back to them in the form of higher pay. (...) I bet this article will be mostly ignored by people pushing AI Agents agenda into enterprises. Now - does it mean that AI is a bullshit? Probably not. I think tech is here to stay. Tech is not enough to make an impact on daily work in the organization. For individuals, yes - that's why we see a lot of examples in coding or by individual contributors. For organization we need also practices how to work and utilize the tech. New tech with old practices == no gains. Of course this is not a story that sells well so you will not see a lot of it, but a lot of promises for ultimate performance gains and four day work week ... THAT SELLS a lot of consulting. Bottom line: use common sense and proceed with caution. Use tech where it is applicable and works for you. 👀 AI Bubble, AI FOMO, AI YOLO Don't you feel overwhelmed with AI narrative? 😑 It's based on fear, FOMO etc. From one end many promises, from the other side Apple proves that reasoning doesn't work and finally most of "AIs" are jus n8n workflow or something what could be easily automated in the past with Zapier, Make etc. bo no one even noticed. I have a feeling that AI is flooding all over my wall and news and it's hard to follow, not even implementing 💁 most of n8n JSONs I received aren't complete or lead to some paid consultation or online courses no real value, mainly distraction 💰 What do you see in your AI bubble?

the LEGO Group prawie umarło. Serio. W 2003 było tak źle, że jeszcze chwila, a klocki poznalibyśmy tylko z historii gospodarczych klęsk. 📉 800 milionów $ długu 💸 Strata miliona dziennie 📉 Sprzedaż -30% 🧭 Strategia? Gdzieś się zgubiła między parkiem rozrywki a zegarkiem LEGO. Wpadli w klasyczną pułapkę skalowania bez sensu. Jak startup, który dostał funding i postanowił zrobić wszystko naraz: ➡️ ciuchy LEGO ➡️ kreskówki ➡️ parki tematyczne ➡️ 7.000 (!) różnych elementów w produkcji Zamiast uprościć – komplikowali. Brzmi znajomo? Ile firm IT tak właśnie wygląda: każdy zespół swój stack, 4 produkty beta, roadmapa jak z „Władców Pierścieni”… a nikt nie wie, po co to wszystko. I wtedy pojawił się nowy CEO, Jørgen Vig Knudstorp, i zadał pytanie, które mogłoby paść na dowolnym spotkaniu strategicznym w IT: „A co, jeśli to my jesteśmy problemem?” Zamiast warsztatów „jak budować kulturę innowacji”, zrobili co trzeba: ✂️ ucięli 30% produktów 👋 pożegnali 1.000 osób 🎢 sprzedali parki Legoland I wrócili do podstaw: klocki + wyobraźnia + historie, które ludzie już znają i kochają. Zestawy Star Wars same dały im +35% przychodu. W 2015 – zostali największym producentem zabawek na świecie. Wniosek? Nie każda nowa funkcjonalność to “innowacja”. Nie każda dywersyfikacja to “wizja”. Czasem trzeba przestać “skalować” i po prostu ogarnąć bałagan, który sami zrobiliśmy.
