As the Quality Advisor, I was responsible for ensuring out-of-school time programs have the resources necessary to carry out continuous quality improvement processes.

Selected Contributions:
•	Facilitated monthly Quality Campaign orientations for potential members along with the quarterly Quality Campaign meeting which convenes all 50 partnering organizations for a time of professional development and networking

•	Reviewed all Quality Campaign applications and works closely with all applicants prior to submission to the Quality Campaign Committee.

Quality Advisor/Trainer - APOST

Adagio Health

Assist in managing a budget of nearly $750,000
Manage 6 regional supervisors who in turn oversee program implementation throughout our 23 county region
Facilitated the implementation of various evidence-based programming thereby enhancing the value of the program and making it more valuable to potential funders
Increased programming from 1,860 presentaions in 11 counties to over 4,000   presentations in 23 counties from 2005 to 2010.  
Increased fee for service programming from $28,000 to $70,000 from 2009 to 2010.

Community Education Manager

Coordinated successful teen conference with over 400 in attendance
      Added value to the program by expanding services to other counties   and community organizations.
      Conducted trainings for delegates from other nations, including a successful community health training

Supervisor

Provided oversight of Teen Peer Education Program; Supervised 17 peer educators providing 873 programs to over 17,000 students
Assisted CAPP Director in securing external funding for all departmental programs.
Assisted with fiscal oversight of program budget and submitted monthly reports for state/federal reporting
