Hi there, I’m Damon. I work with men who believe they can be a better version of themselves in the relationships that matter most. Somewhere, in the space between toxic masculinity (a phrase that does more harm than good) and the incel groups, there’s a place for men to feel good about being men, free from divisive and pejorative characterizations of men. This is what we can discover when working together. My whole life, I’ve been training to serve you as your coach. In High School, I was a peer counselor to middle schoolers going through adolescence. In my twenties, I was a personal trainer. In my thirties, I was a leadership coach in the fitness industry. All these roles were about facilitating how one relates better to the people and parts of one's life. It’s always been about relationships. As such, my role as your coach is to be your thinking partner on the relationships that matter most in your life. We’re not limited to significant others. Many relationships could be worth our attention.
