Hi, I’m Dan 👋 Head of Growth at Friday Solved. We’re not your average sales consultancy, and focus on building scalable, predictable, and sustainable sales engines. When I say we’re not your average sales consultancy, I mean we’ll aim to make ourselves redundant. Sales engines should be built and then live inside your business – where the value belongs. I've been in and around marketing for over seven years now, making me a jack of all trades, master of some. That's not necessarily a bad thing, though. I see myself as a Swiss army knife, able to slot in and hit the ground running regardless of the brief or scope of work. Prior to Friday Solved, I worked in various marketing roles within different sectors including sports, education, sustainable development, and e-commerce. This gave me the grounding I needed to push forward in my career and make a real impact today. But it's not all marketing. My education has evolved into a balanced one, incorporating sales – meaning I'm now in a role that blends the two, allowing me to contribute to the short, medium, and long term growth strategies. Aside from banging away at my keyboard, I *adore* record collecting and music in general. Give me an original pressing of a Springsteen record, and you’ll lose me for the duration of it. Hiking, rugby, and baking are my other loves, so weekends and evenings are always pretty chilled in our house.
