I have a Master's degree in Organizational Behavior and Development from IDC. I am passionate about organizational culture and people's growth. I have experience in building strategic and unique, tailor-made development programs, such as; performance management, sensing & engagement, development plans, coaching, culture transformation, team and leadership development, and more. I have skills working closely with team leaders to assess business needs, and tailor and develop training solutions that will bridge their gaps. I enjoy partnering with the broader HR/ People team and various stakeholders to lead the OD initiatives across the organization.
