Advising and working with clients is my passion. With my expertise in Transfer Pricing, I have been providing transfer pricing services since 1998 to various multinational enterprises and across a broad scope of industries. I advise clients on all matters relating to transfer pricing, and take exceptional interest in transfer pricing planning, risk assessment reviews, documentation, compliance, and dispute resolution. I serve on BDO’s Global Transfer Pricing Leadership Team. I also advised clients on a full spectrum of international transactions including: the purchase and sale of tangible products; the development, licensing or sale of intangible assets and intellectual property; the provision of management services; the provision of contract services (manufacturing, R&D and other); cost contribution and/or sharing arrangements; financial transactions; and, cost reimbursements. Specialties: Significant experience with pharmaceutical, automotive, manufacturing, technology and entertainment companies. Regularly assist clients in managing field audits and negotiating with field auditors. Have been involved in preparing Notices of Objections for Appeals, submissions to Canadian Competent Authority, and submissions in conjunction with Advance Pricing Arrangements.
