During my time at the Marquette i was in charge of Interviewing, hiring, scheduling, and supervising staff in three outlets. I was also involved in
planning and Implementing marketing strategies, budgeting and P&L review. The largest project I undertook was overseeing and planning a major remodel and reintroduction of Basils the hotel restaurant.
