As a previous member of the specialised Policing unit, the Territory Response Group (TRG), I have honed my facilitation skills by delivering training to high-tempo operational teams, including In-Service and recruit Police members, Police Executive Management, and members of the Territory Response Group (TRG). I have developed and delivered unilateral training programs for Policing units in QLD and provided personal coaching for clients across varied industries. These programs include Personal Safety and Situational Awareness workshops. I have worked hard to establish myself as a professional facilitator in dynamic and robust environments. With demonstrated experience at a management level, I am able to provide a grounded and calm approach to problem-solving while providing practical and contemporary solutions in a wide range of scenarios, from high-risk situations to workplace environments. I am well versed in stakeholder engagement, using initiative and real-world experience in a diverse range of complex social and professional situations. I have worked extensively for long periods of time in both urban and rural locations, including some of the very most remote locations of the Northern Territory. I am equipped with a strong work ethic that includes the proven ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team just as successfully.
