It all started when I joined my first gym, 17 years old and no experience. I had a passion for this and began quickly picking it up from watching people and asking questions. Years went by and my training progressed, but I was taking something for granted - my nutrition. I was always consistent with training and pushed myself hard. I found myself gaining fat due to poor nutrition choices. Then a few years ago was when the biggest change in my life happened. I woke up one day I decided to make a big change, I wanted to be fitter and healthier - I didn't like the way I looked in the mirror. I looked at my nutrition and started learning about the right things and the amounts to be eating. My training then became a lot easier, which meant I was able to push myself more than I thought I could and lose 3 stone! The journey was tough, but I had the mindset and was determined to not let anything get in my way. Training was getting easier and I started to see the results. Along the way, I found a new style of training, Crossfit, and soon became hooked. This soon became my new style, I loved it so much, I decided to become a coach to help people seek the benefits Crossfit can do for you. The truth is I love training, I train every approach there is. There is no perfect form of training they all have their benefits. This is why I want to help people see how fitness can change their lives as it did mine. I want to help people reach their goals and make dreams come true this is something that I eat sleep and drink and want to share my experience and knowledge with my clients. I specialize in many areas such as strength, conditioning, fat loss, improved mobility, suspension training, barbell movements. I can also tailor sessions and programs to a specific sport or upcoming events like triathlons, tough mudder, and spartan races. Clients that work with us get my full support, I will go above and beyond to help them reach their goals. Alongside training, we provide fully tailored nutrition programs to suit your needs, whether it be to lose body fat or to gain muscle.
