Together with the VetLed team I deliver Human Factors training, offer consultancy support and coaching, and manage patient safety programmes within the veterinary profession. My previous roles include airline pilot, flight instructor, cabin crew member, sports coach and international athlete. I am passionate about gathering and utilising insights from different sectors to build a toolkit that helps veterinary teams to reliably deliver their technical/clinical skills. I am involved with multiple organisations with the aim to contribute towards a better chance of a liveable future for the generations to come. This includes holding the position of chair of trustees for the charity; Pocket Wilding and co-leading the organisation of a monthly climate cafe within my local community.
