Data-Driven Decision-Making: Implement data mining activities to identify opportunities, measure marketing effectiveness, and inform strategic decisions; Regularly analyze performance metrics, adjusting strategies for continuous improvement.

As the lead marketing consultant for Social Contract, a 2023 Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Companies honoree, I have a number of focuses:

Event Strategy Development: Conduct an analysis of Social Contract's current positioning and target audience; Develop a comprehensive event strategy aligned with Social Contract's goals and expertise.
Outline key themes and topics that resonate with the target audience.

Event Calendar Planning: Create an annual event calendar incorporating a mix of virtual and in-person events; Identify industry conferences, webinars, workshops, and networking opportunities for participation.

Speaker Engagement: Identify speaking opportunities at relevant conferences, seminars, and webinars.
Coordinate speaker submissions, abstracts, and presentations that showcase Social Contract's expertise.
Establish relationships with event organizers for continued collaboration.

Event Collateral Development: Develop compelling event collateral, including presentations, brochures, and promotional materials; Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all event materials.

Digital Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns to promote Social Contract's participation in events; Utilize social media, email marketing, and other channels to generate pre-event buzz.

Content Creation: Produce engaging and informative content related to Social Contract's areas of expertise; Create blog posts, articles, and whitepapers that can be used for pre-event promotion and thought leadership.

Networking and Relationship Building: Facilitate networking opportunities with key stakeholders, partners, and industry influencers; Establish and maintain relationships with event organizers, potential collaborators, and media partners.

Metrics and Analytics: Implement tracking mechanisms to measure the success of each event; Provide regular reports on key performance indicators, including audience engagement, lead generation, and brand visibility.

The Wharton-AltFinance Institute is a partnership with Apollo Global Management, Ares Management, and Oaktree Capital Management to launch the $90 million AltFinance: Investing in Black Futures™, an initiative that will fund recruiting, training, and career opportunities at three Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) over the next ten years. My role is to take on the educational component of the initiative. We are creating a virtual institute open to interested students at all HBCUs, providing coursework and educational tools developed by top professors and finance professionals. Offered to full-time students enrolled in degree programs at their HBCUs, the coursework is non-credit and not part of a degree program but rather a supplement to their learning journey. The institute makes accessible the resources and expertise of America’s oldest collegiate business school to promising and talented black business students, introducing them to the emerging and influential alternative finance industry.
