I have more than 20 years of experience in providing the best possible customer service experience to both internal and external customers. I possess a diverse work history working with people from various cultures, life experience, and backgrounds. My experience as trainer and instructor has refined my skills in time management, instructing adult students, adjusting communication styles based on audience, and personnel management. I am passionate and Intrigued by all things related to computers, information gathering, and cyber security. I’m experienced in logical planning of tasks to complete projects. I have a constant desire to learn new skills and techniques. My skills I have currently as a machinist instructor will transfer well to many employment opportunities.
