I’ve always been a nerd at heart...an unapologetic mix of engineering precision (thanks, Dad’s side) and artistic creativity (shoutout to Mom’s side). That blend turned me into someone who’s endlessly curious about people, their stories, and what makes them tick. In recent years, my curiosity took a deep dive into the human brain. Cognitive behavior, emotional intelligence, and why we do what we do—it all lit a spark. As an adult learning practitioner, I started layering EQ concepts into leadership development programs, and the results were transformational. Fast forward to 2023: After my fourth layoff in a decade, I decided it was time to bet on myself. That’s when TalentDev Solutions was born; a business fueled by my passion for helping organizations grow through smarter leadership, stronger teams, and custom learning solutions. Today, I get to do what I love most: designing custom eLearning, building talent management programs, and leading transformational leadership workshops.
