As a Service Design Director for FJORD's design and innovation studio within Accenture Federal Services, I am responsible for bringing strategy, design and creative leadership to our studio engagements that seek to deliver better experiences, products, services and digital products.  I am responsible for assuring quality and innovation across a wide variety of civic challenges.  I drive the development of our design practice across disciplines in collaboration with craft leads from service design, business design, research, interaction design and visual design.  Most importantly, I help craft a studio culture that assures the best in human centric design is applied to complex challenges and that people are supported, encouraged and are developed into change makers in the pursuit of better government services.  I serve great young designers, digital producers, developers and storytellers.

Design Director

As Service Design Lead for Fjord  in our Accenture Federal Services Studio in DC I lead  transformation projects that reimagine how federal agencies from health, civilian, public safety and revenue deliver better services to their customers.  I lead multifunctional teams of visual, business, user experience, interaction and research designers along with developers and analyst to tackle complex challenges I assure that holistic and scalable solutions are regularly delivered by assuring we are applying design thinking principles with business strategy, lead and agile approaches and service design methods.  I also contribute to overall studio leadership to assure we are developing the skills and culture that leads to studio success.

We are the first firm in Puerto Rico to bring design thinking and service design to business consulting. >Design, lead and facilitate innovation projects for Fortune 500, top local companies and NGO's that involve insight research, opportunity discovery,  solution design, validation and execution. These assignments respond to needs for product/service development, experience design, strategy creation or transformational challenges involving alignment, organizational engagement and culture. 
>Lead organizational initiatives to imbed customer centric innovation capabilities through a combination of immersive bootcamps, senior management coaching, process and policy design and hands on sprints to deliver early wins.

Founder & Chief Business Design Strategist

Red Bull, Latin America & Caribbean

- Led innovation efforts from the discover, design and deliver of new initiatives, consumer engagements and new verticals by leading cross-functional teams from around the organization and working with internal stakeholder and initiative sponsors. 
- Fostered a culture of continuing innovation and customer centric design by delivering workshops in insight driven marketing and design driven innovation practices/tools/process to teams across the organization as a way to assure a shared language and understanding of innovation.
- Served as the point person to identify, synthesize and deliver customer insights and market, technology, lifestyle and counter culture trends to assure teams across the region had sufficient inspiration and direction to deliver first to world solutions. 
- Led cultural marketing efforts for Latin America and contributed to our worldwide cultural marketing leadership practice focused on engaging and delighting core opinion leaders in fashion, dance, arts, music and urban and youth counter cultures.  
- Conceptualized and oversaw the management of over 30 key Red Bull proprietary events and programs including Red Bull BC One, Red Bull Music Academy and Mother’s Kitchen.  Created Red Bull Batalla de los Gallos which is today’s largest and most respected Spanish language MC battle and contributed to the creation of Red Bull Panamerika a first of its kind online radio station highlighting emerging artist in Latin America. 
- Facilitated strategy, business and new project planning for Latin America and Caribbean markets. 
- Develop a new on boarding program to assure new employees and partners understood the unique business and marketing approach of Red Bull in Latin America.

Driver of Culture, Innovation & Inspiration, Latin America & Caribbean

- Developed and managed all aspects of Red Bull’s experience focused marketing efforts for the region including facilitating concept, design and execution sessions for new projects; managing the relationship with the partner agency; monitoring performance and overseeing distributor marketing support efforts.
- Contributed to the launch of new markets in the Caribbean by identifying, selecting and training new distributors; managing early distribution and sales efforts and managing key team members focused on marketing, sales and product sampling. 
- Served as contact and relationship manager for key opinion leaders in key Caribbean markets with a focus on cultural, nightlife, sports and university communities.

- Directed all aspects of client account with responsibility for developing advertising strategy and providing client with counsel on marketing strategy and tactics. 
-Supervised all advertising, promotion, interactive, and public relations efforts managing a core staff of seven people and serving as the key point of contact for internal leaders and clients.  
-Lead an agency experiential marketing initiative to harness and craft deeper customer insights in order to inform more direct to consumer tactical executions designed to deliver meaningful and brand loyalty building experiences.
-Created a internal agency academy designed to create a culture of constant learning and skills development.
