When people ask me who I am, and what I do, I realize I am not just one thing, but a blend of many. I let the passion guide me. I was trained to be a teacher for grades 1 to 4 in Eastern Europe in a very rigorous teaching school, when I fell in love with geography and became curious about the world, global cultures and diversity. This curiosity led me to a career in tourism, keeping education and continuous learning at the core of what I do. Before starting a career in the tourism industry, I was always curious about what motivates people to succeed, the stories behind their lives and the business world. Because of my curiosity, and the love for people, I sometime do business and personal coaching as a way to support other people unlock possibilities in business, rediscover themselves while building successful businesses. In Canada, I joined a travel start up, today a very reputable luxury tour operator and helped it grow to hundreds of employees and millions in revenue. As part of that experience I met incredible people, learned new skills, developed teams and line of businesses, and travelled the world. That experience, and many others shaped who I am today, and opened my curiosity for trying new things and meeting new people along the way. I see myself as a strategic partner for the companies I work with, focused on continuous improvements, growth, team development, and making a positive difference in people’s life. I am curious, passionate, result driven, logical, love problem solving and I constantly challenge myself to learn new things while building strong authentic relationships with those around me. I am always ready to network, and expand my network. I always love to meet new people and support business leaders grow and scale their teams and businesses.
