I was brought onto the Aircall Demand Gen team in North America as Demand Generation Manager to build out processes and grow our app marketplace of integrations. By showing initial success with the marketplace growth involving events, partner marketing campaigns I was given additional responsibility out of the scope of my role to manage our ABM campaigns with the outbound sales team. After my first quarter managing the ABM campaigns with the sales team and meeting our outbound revenue goal for the first time in North America, I transitioned to this field marketing manager role to continue working closely with our global demand gen team and greater sales team to drive revenue and continue to build out the North American field marketing practice.

• Pivoted to virtual events strategy during COVID lockdown, hosting 10+ events from small-group to large 1.2k registrant events with 50% attendance rate averages and strong sales follow up from our BDR team
• Piloted industry-based ABM program with NA outbound sales team to achieve their qualified pipe goal of $100k for first time
• Launched 2x major comarketing campaigns with HubSpot, resulting in 2-3k+ new leads per campaign
