* Collaborate with Go To Market, Product, Customer Success, B2B Marketing and Events teams. 
* Design, price, and articulate solutions.
* Develop collateral, training, web and social content, thought leadership and PR. 
* Seek out and manage external tech and service partners to help conceive and deliver new solutions.
* Develop question sets and pitch solutions.
* Run regular solution, market, partner and competitor training across the Group.
* Be the main conduit to and from the Product and RPO Service teams – to feedback market needs, trends and ideas to Product/Service teams and vice versa.
* Seek out, propose and write sessions and speak at conferences, webinars and to media outlets, working with B2B Marketing and our Communications agency.
* Conceive, create and commission thought leadership (reports, blogs, webinars) and work with B2B Marketing to create exposure and tracking.

UCAS are investing a lot of time and resource into apprenticeships. Driven by audience demand it's UCAS's plan that information & guidance will sit alongside traditional degree options to give parity of visibility and esteem. 

As part of this we have formed an apprenticeship advisory group made up of universities, sector bodies and employers to help inform UCAS on their approach and strategy. 

Having been approached to take the role as Chair, I help to form the group's objectives, keep the conversation moving in the right direction and work through agendas - ensuring the group can provide UCAS with effective insights, direction and solutions for our audiences.

University of Birmingham Coding Boot Camps Advisory Board

Many of you will know about the rise in tech boot camps across the UK in recent years, many providing those from underrepresented demographics a chance to break into an industry forever challenged with skills gaps.

I've recently taken a voluntary board position as an employer representative on The University of Birmingham Coding Boot Camps Advisory Board - which was put together off the back of the university being awarded £2.4millon over the next 3 years from the West Midlands Combined Authority.

This funding will go towards 600 scholarships for the university's #WebDevelopment and #DataAnalytics #BootCamps, with the aim being to improve the odds for #women and those from other underrepresented demographics in tech.

The Advisory Board is in-place to guide outreach to students from these demographics and to make sure that the appropriate support networks are in-place for people who have previously faced barriers to enter tech.

Headhunted to lead the Early Careers Recruitment team, responsible for the successful delivery of Capgemini's graduate, apprentice, intern and placement recruitment campaigns alongside project managing the design and implementation of a number of attraction and recruitment projects.

•	Lead a team of 11 delivering of over 450 graduate, apprentice, intern, and placement hires annually across the UK, having grown demand from <250.
•	Nearshored 5 roles in the team from India to Scotland, implemented 6 role re-structures and supported 4 promotions in the team.
•	Drove down CPH to by 40% without reducing headcount leading to £500k+ in savings annually. 
•	95% of hires sourced from talent pooling pre-live engagement, having reduced attraction spend by 75% vs 2018.
•	Achieved 54% female hiring annually into technical and tech consulting roles.
•	Team morale/happiness regularly rated >1 out of 10 above the company average.
