My main purpose at this relatively new start up was to on-board clients. In this capacity I actively listened online to signals from organisations & companies who would find their innovative solutions beneficial, I also stimulated engagement with relevant content. Having an awareness of multiple barriers faced by a variety of client groups including ex-offenders, long-term unemployed, Physically and Mentally Disabled, single parents, NEETs & BAME groups 
Effectively managing a caseload of 250 Clients – 20% placed into employment
Biz Dev: engaging, sourcing, screening & selection processes on sustainable timelines 
Assisting customers in every aspect of their journey towards employment by recognising & addressing multiple barriers such as lack of confidence, problems with housing, literacy and numeracy problems, drug & alcohol dependency, mental health & physical health, debt problems & any other issues
Signposting those in need to specialist local provision such as ESOL training, Counseling, Debt Advice and other wrap around support services in the local area
Advising customers on suitable training, assisting with job searches/applications, CV creation & re-formatting, providing interview and application preparation training
Arranging funding for travel, interview clothing, food, equipment for work on a case-by-case basis for those who would otherwise be prevented from starting employment 
Delivering Employability Skills Training workshops to groups of customers, including CV Workshop, Confidence Building, Work Clubs, Interview Techniques (within a group and 1-2-1) & Application Forms
Liaising with the account manager team to facilitate quality referrals to our portfolio of vacancies

Duties the same as LifeLine Community Projects – but also included;
Working on various contracts (ESF, LDA and Local Council Funded) providing job brokerage support to all, eligible Hackney residents
Attending outreach programmes in partnership with Registered Social Landlords, Local Community Centre’s, Colleges & Faith Groups
Supervising the training of new staff members on systems, best practice & company objectives
Using a range of IT systems including Microsoft Office, In-House & Council funded Databases, Claims Tools, Webmail and Intranet in order to offer the best possible service to both for our funders & clients
Completing all contract specific paperwork accurately in accordance with claims procedures
