•	Product positioning in the Marketplace through strategic pricing & bundling etc.

•	Responsible for specifying YORK VRF products by cooperating with mechanical consultants.
•	Setting sales objectives and strategy and priorities in alignment with company objectives and priorities by setting time action plan.
•	Training distribution channels on JCI VRF product range
•	Setting KPI's for distribution channels, and monitoring performance
•	Setting Annual Strategy for VRF business and translate into action plan to agree upon with each channel.
•	Continuous support for distribution channels with all technical and financial requirements to accomplish and match mutual agreed financial and marketing targets.

Achievements:
•	Successfully created VRF strategy for 2016 in Yearly Quarter bases. 
•	Successfully created Product technical presentation and trained all channels on YORK VRF for Jordan, Pakistan, Iraq, Libya.
•	Managed to create comprehensive VRF toolkit to include all required documentations i.e. catalogues & Manuals, selection software, product presentation, specs & BOQ, reference list.
•	Managing network of Distributors by evaluating their effectiveness KPI setup to sell and market the product range.
•	 Identified and appointed new distributors across the HVAC market sector. 
•	Manage performance improvement plan for existing Distributors. Provide support to Distributors through customer calls, product training, and Distributors marketing initiatives ensuring they are in keeping with the branding strategy.

Regional Sales Manager VRF 

ATC/CCC/DSC -JV

•	Section head for all mechanical works in three main zones (two five-star hotels & Grand villas zone).
•	Reported to Project Engineer (Mechanical) and managed three mechanical site engineers and three technician teams (total of 20 technicians).
•	Responsible for all mechanical material approvals and technical submittals, and all mechanical documents related to specified zones to seek supervising approval prior installation.
•	Verification reporting for existing mechanical infrastructure outstanding systems of district cooling system, firefighting, irrigation, and Domestic Networks.
•	Created comprehensive reporting with CSI coded spread sheets for verification reports.
•	Issued method statements and risk assessment reports for some mechanical works like hydraulic pressure test for GRP condensing pipe and chilled networks.
•	Reviewed and read thoroughly HVAC specifications and design drawings for both the client and the operator to make sure of compliance with all mechanical materials submitted by the subcontractor.
•	Coordinated material on-site and ordering processes with the cooperation of planning department.

Section Head (MEP)

Arab Technical Group (ATG)

-Regional Sales support for Jordan, Palestine & Iraq
-Responsible for contineous communications and good relationships with consulting office.
-Specifying DAIKIN products or mainly ATG brands by cooperation with mechanical consultants.
-Technical presentations, Workshops, Training Sessions (coordinating and presenting).
-Utilizing ATG-academy with cooperation with marketing manager.
-Holding technical internal training sessions for ATG employees to introduce new brands, keep up to date with new innovations.
-Spreading and training on selection software of our products in hands of junior/senior consultants as make sure to be easy and very familiar.
-Providing engineering solutions to match with highly advanced worldwide latest products of DAIKIN mainly VRV / VRF.
-Setting sales strategies based on more accurate sales forecasting; and check best ways to approach each individual consultant.
-Keep good relations with key personnel in mechanical consultants specially the main consultants who keeps handling major projects that takes place in the area.
-Coordinate and assist commercial sales team in closing big deals.
-Follow up Iraqi projects that are managed in Amman and support in closing sales deals.

Consulting Support Manager

•Manage and improve Channel / Dealers sales team and monitor Dealers sales performance.
•Establish the sales network by building strong network of Dealers and Distributors across Jordan.  
•Manager of a team of four employees (split department) two engineers (in commercial sales department) one engineer (in consulting sales department).
•Provide the channel and market insights into the product and update with latest Technologies.
•Feed with technical details for other departments and specially marketing department for company website updating issues.
•Establish standards for network selection and keep an eye to make sure partners have strong market position.

•Yearly sales forecasting, action plan, strategies, and set sales targets to be approved by the top management.

•Create strategies for retail Dealers, pricing, dealers categories, installation processes.

•Deal with electro-mechanical contractors for technical support and correct installations and utilization of AC-systems.
•Supervise installations and prepare sales agreements and shop-drawings. 
•Keep updated of competitors prices and market share through my sales team.
•Monthly report of sold and lost projects stating the weak and strength points we face for each project .

Senior Sales and Technical Support Engineer

•Sales Engineer for Metal facade signs and buildings cladding with Aluminum Composite Panels.
•Responsible for sales upon geographic area for commercial projects- half the area of the capital Riyadh.
•Advice customers with suitable architectural solutions for ACP products and signs.
•Account Sales like dealing with Banks for impproving factory sales as the supplier for Drive-up ATM’s.
•Write detailed technical inquiries to cope with customer demand and handle to design department. 
•Supervise installations and prepare sales agreements and write quotations. 
•Keep updated of competitors prices and lost projects.
