My passion is in coaching and devlopment whether that be in the office or on a rugby field. My satisfaction is seeing the end result come to fruition through hard work, personal growth and a truck load of fun along the way. Being in the finance industry for 14 years, customer service industry for 16 years as well as coaching and mentoring for 20 years it's a combination that has held me in good stead to lead, develop, mentor and be proud to lead teams and individuals. I now get the opportunity to do the same for home and investment loan customers who are on their journeys of fulfilment. A task that I am sure will be challenging but satisfying.
