My job is focus on understand real state requirements and build up advance data science solutions to provide the best approach for each business problems. To do that, I am able to design a complete data framework around all the business areas and define pipelines and process to take data driven decisions.

• Design solutions that use data and advanced analytics (machine learning, optimization,
statistical and mathematical frameworks) to solve these problems
• Understand how customer agent, pairing and pricing offers and/or promotion recommendation can be used to improve the quality of interactions and drive further business value for our clients
• Develop models of customer value (Customer lifetime value) to predict Afiniti benefit
• Using historical data use machine learning and statistical techniques to predict agent and customer behaviour
• Design algorithms that drive routing and pricing decision-making to optimize for our clients’ objectives given constraints
• With a multidisciplinary team of data engineers, systems engineers and developers deploy algorithms into production environments
• Design experimentation frameworks that measure benefit of the Afiniti solution for our client
• Communicate findings and insights through senior client meetings, sales material and preparing papers and reports and published on the Afiniti website

As a Data Scientist at RappiPay, I am responsible for providing support to the different business areas, e.g., Fraud-Prevention and detection, Risk management, Customer reach and growth, etc., by using large data sets, in order to find market opportunities for our Customers and products, and also to find process optimization opportunities as well. My main tasks are:

* Build, implement, and maintain machine learning systems within technological products. Lead engineering best practices for scaling ML and designing/building software that is reliable, scalable and secure.
* Be responsible for the implementation, testing, and release of a range of models, both for existing and “to-be-invented” use cases.
* Building end-to-end data pipelines to train, maintain, and track performance of our Machine Learning and Operations Research products.
