o Managed the acquisition strategy and execution of a portfolio of software contracts for approximately 150 software producers and 1,300 software titles totaling $140 Million annually 
o Developed and gained approval of the Fiscal Year (FY) 2013 and 2014 spend plans for the SAM Program 
o Developed and gained approval of the FY 2014 through FY 2018 Program Objectives Memorandum (POM) build for the SAM Program 
o Government Program Manager overseeing themigration to ISO 19770-1 SAM standards 
o Oversaw the implementation of Flexera FlexNet Manager Suite for Enterprises across all NGA assets 

Government lead for Information Technology Design, Active IT Contract, NGA New Campus East – a $300 Million Annual Program, executed on schedule and within budget 
o Led the program through successful Preliminary Design Review and Critical Design Review for the NCE Data Center on schedule and within budget 
o Oversaw 200+ level of effort contractors in the transition of 200+ server based application entities to new virtual infrastructure at the NCE Data Center 
o Led the program through successful Preliminary Design Review and Critical Design Review for the NCE User Facing on schedule and within budget 
o Oversaw 200+ level of effort contractors in the correct placement of IT at over 8500 desks (thin and thick clients) and over 400 conference rooms over a 39-week schedule (incrementally 300+ spaces per week) 

o Project Manager for SCEN to NGANet Merger. Led a matrixed team of over 300 Government and contractor personnel to join 7 disparate networks at 20+ sites to create NGA’s Enterprise Wide Area Network (NGANet) with over 10,000 nodes. 

o Project Manager for the Enterprise Server Consolidation on NGANet, System Management Server (SMS) Buildout on NGANet, Enterprise E-Mail on NGANet, NGA’s Windows 2000/Active Directory Services Deployment and Group Policy Objects Deployment.
