Over the last 10+ years, I’ve developed a depth of knowledge in B2B software product management, platform solutions, and enterprise data management, creating efficient user experiences and facilitating better quality decisions by integrating data from various operational, 3rd party, HR, Financial, and CRM systems. My prior background in professional services and software development helped me build deep empathy for the concerns of customers, teammates, and stakeholders while guiding the development of impactful and maintainable technology solutions. From Fortune 500 to small and mid-sized companies, I have strategized with all types of customers to drive business outcomes across a broad range of industries including healthcare, insurance, financial services, life sciences, and others. Why do I do it? I’m a people person and a problem solver. I enjoy discovering opportunities for improving human experience with technology. It energizes me to collaborate with visionary, smart, and humble teammates that hold themselves to a high bar for creating technically elegant, loosely coupled, impactful solutions that are easy to use and maintain. How do I do it? I was recently characterized by an industry peer as a “Human Swiss Army Knife”.
