Responsible for all aspects of business startup including:
-Casting vision for the entire organization and the multiple business enterprises within it including; youth and adult sports rentals, leagues and tournaments, special events, youth programming, fitness, food service and sponsorships.
-Financial review, forecasting, budgeting and new business development modeling with ownership, outside accounting council and lending institutions. 
-Developing an efficient and cohesive organizational structure including the hiring of a management team and leading them through a pivotal first 18 months of operation.
- Developing a custom revenue and cost coding system to accurately display company performance metrics while integrating with the parent company's existing job-costing system.
- Acting as the final approval on all major purchases, payroll, customer invoices, program prices, discounts and promotions.

Executive Director

Project Lead for the development of a 94-Acre mixed use real estate development project in Victor NY.

Development responsibilities included:
- Developing the concept of a sports and fitness-anchored mixed use development project. 
- Coordinating with design engineers, town officials and ownership to address all aspects of concern regarding the project's social, economic and environmental impact on the surrounding area.
- Leading the design of the project's anchor, the 135,000 square foot indoor sports and events center, Pinnacle Athletic Center.

Construction and project management responsibilities included:
Site work crew supervision involving: excavation and embankment in excess of 900,000 cubic yards of material, new storm and sanitary sewers, utilities and a dedicated road.
Bidding and buyout of all building subcontractors including, PEMB, masonry, electrical, mechanical, carpentry, miscellaneous metals and specialty contractors.

Project Accomplishments Include:
Successfully completing the project in time for grand opening and under budget, despite significant design modifications and change orders.
Among the largest clear span buildings in the Northeast.

College Town Properties

Property management company owned and operated during undergraduate tenure at the University of Rochester. Tasks included renting, maintaining and monitoring multiple single and multi-family properties in the Rochester Area.

Hometown Design-Build is a locally-owned design, construction and remodeling company focused on designing and building custom kitchens, bathrooms, additions and custom homes in the Greater Rochester Area.
