My name is Daniel Kuczowski, and I'm a man on a mission to accelerate Web3 mass adoption by building data-driven, systematic growth models. Over the past 8 years in growth, I scaled a modular housing hardware startup from 0 to 7-figure revenue and contributed to the growth of 10+ projects including A-series SaaS, and consumer apps to fully transition into Web3 space starting with DeFi, and Gaming projects. Not long after joining Web3, I realized that the space is nowhere near the advanced growth models known in SaaS, marketplaces, and other Web2-native businesses. The industry relies on influencers' connections, and simple sentiment control, which is unsustainable, and limiting for new projects building in the space. I address this issue by building growth models relying on loops, where each user generates a net new value for the project. The second aspect is the data-first approach. I build attribution models by measuring the entire journey - starting from the initial touch point, through on-site behavior up to on-chain conversions and further behavior within the ecosystem. Since 2023 I have led growth at Lingo - the first token that leverages RWA and blockchain to reward its community with real-world experiences. Within a year, we managed to scale the community from 0 to 770,000+ amazing members, and 500,000+ users on the platform. I describe my growth learnings at: gmgrowth.substack.com
