Business Manager

RSI (Responsable Site Ingénieurs) is a parallel managerial activity in addition to the Business Analyst role, consisting of assuring the well being of the team by:
- organizing a team building activity once a month
- reporting and discussing with the management any issues or concerns that the team might encounter 
- suggesting managerial solutions to make sure projects are carried out smoothly 
- helping the HR department in the recruitment process

Engineering Site Responsible (RSI)

Responsible for the evolution of projects regarding product enhancement and product development from scratch part of the middleware configuration solutions of the client.

Main activities:
- Manage meetings with customers and developers in order to clearly understand the requirements and their feasibility
- Define, review and update specifications for both UI (wireframes definition) and BE (JSON/ XML design for API services) 
- Propose solutions and collaborate to design architecture
- Participate in product quality assurance (test plan review, exploratory testing, user tests)
- Incident and problem management to ensure smooth development
- Schedule and monitor the evolution of each project, define tasks and create timeboxed releases in an agile manner (SCRUM) through JIRA and Confluence
- Report status and evolution of the projects on a weekly basis to customers and management

IT Business Analyst

Took part in a project consisting of redesigning and improving the customer journeys, UX and UI, of the Internet Banking services and the App of one of the most important banks in Europe.

- Benchmarking to clearly understand best practices of the industry to define new offers and services for the clients
- Functional analysis of new and already existing products and services, with a deep understanding of frontend impacts deciding how to improve the usability for final users
- Prepare change requests and business requirements upon the adoption of a new functionality
- Participate to design thinking activities to discuss the old and the new design with the team to set up prototypes of the new interfaces

In addition:
- Held a marketing class to high school students of 16-17 years old for the "Alternanza Scuola Lavoro" project, which aims at introducing students to the working world
- In charge of the organization of the summer party for a total of 80 colleagues

OndeQuadre is the institutional radio of the Polytechnic of Turin, which aims at keeping students informed about events inside and outside the University as well as fostering their curiosity towards local organizations, institutions and social life.
