HB Reavis

Responsible for communication between Croatia and headquarters in Slovakia for project development. Developed investment proposals for projects valuing up to €500 million, leasing strategies, financial models, summary sheets, and presentations that were shown to the board for an investment decision. Obtained primary and secondary research on real estate markets, which was given to the board. In addition, took part in sales and communications dealing with potential clients and CRM, where I managed the CRM for the Croatian office. I also continued working with finances developing quarterly financial budgets and other financial information for the board.

Research Manager

Developed commercial real estate market research for Southern Eastern European markets. Analyze data and develop investment proposals and financial feasibility models for acquisition of projects that were valued in the range of €20-€150 million. Managed office and financial aspects for the Croatian office.
