For me, fitness is more than just being muscular. It's about being healthy and feeling fit, having a functional body, being confident & satisfied with yourself, while also feeling mentally good. I've been in the fitness industry for almost fifteen years and I am working as a personal trainer for the last six years. It was about helping them bring out the best version of themselves. Lately, I've been helping people around the globe through online fitness coaching.
