I am a competent individual, who is highly competitive in nature, motivated by the constant ambition to ‘Win’ which is derived from my sporting career. These qualities drive me to put all my efforts into making it the best I possibly can. My previous employment in Business Development roles has helped me develop strong skills in interaction and communication in particular situations and becoming very commercially aware. My biggest focus and specialty is customer retention and sales. It is vital to meet demands and do right by the consumer, to build longevity for the business and the brand. Tasks and procedures need to be met in order to run a successful business, and I have learned this through my experiences and will continue to do so to develop my skill set. I am a career focused individual who constantly strives to do the best I can. I feel like I could only achieve this from the best and experienced people and teams. I believe the experiences and skills I attain working with like-minded individuals and businesses can only shape my skill set in a positive light and will always be open to new challenges and welcome them. I have taken the leap and started a personal venture of Hilltop Events which has been successful in its first events. It has been a passion of mine to have a side project that I can eventually build into a nationally recognised brand.
