Implement relevant controls and framework to ensure adherence to internal compliance and regulatory requirements.

Offshore Affluent Banking Head

Responsible for driving the utilization and active rate of the cards portfolio with the intent to drive overall retail spend and instalment payment plans. Lead a team of product managers to drive various key initiatives to support the above objective which includes the following:
- Acquiring key merchant relationships and managing existing base of merchants
- Design and implement campaigns (ATL and BTL) to drive incremental spend and capture share of wallet.
- Design, enhance and manage card privileges and engagement programs
- Manage the loyalty and rewards system for all card logos

Head of Cards, Usage and Partnerships

Drive top line revenue and sales distribution of both core banking and wealth products across the branch network in Vietnam.
