People Manager (Secondment)

In this stand alone position I am responsible for operational and strategic HR delivery: 

•	Provide quality and professional advice to employees on general queries and issues, in line with Company policy, process and procedure.
•	Manage and advise on all employee relation cases from performance, maternity/paternity, absence management, grievance and redundancy. 
•	Provision of all HR administration and all associated documentation, including references, contracts, addendum letters and references. 
•	Ensure accurate and up to date employee information (HRIS) – Maintaining the HR database and employee files. 
•	Manage on-boarding of new employees. 
•	Manage the off-boarding experience, providing data-driven insight into leaving trends via exit interviews and suggesting recommendations. 
•	Benefits – Manage the current benefit’s package within the company such as private medical insurance, cycle to work schemes and childcare vouchers including renewal and negotiation. 
•	L&D – Sourcing and delivery of Learning and Development initiatives and programmes.
•	Manage end to end recruitment process.
