Driven by a passion for creating learner-centric performance solutions, I have over seven years of experience as an Instructional Designer. My instructional design journey began in 2016 with TiER1 Performance, where I contributed to a variety of projects aimed at improving organizational performance through learning. My work at TiER1 was recognized with the Dragon Slayer Award from the Defense Security Cooperation University for design excellence, reflecting the impact of my learner-focused solutions in driving performance improvements. Alongside my work with TiER1, I’ve had the opportunity to consult on various projects and lead learning initiatives across industries, including work with TLC Media Design, Kroger, and Siemens. I have contributed to and/or led multiple projects involving client engagement, organizational needs analysis, learning strategy, e-learning design and development, instructor-led training (including virtual ILT), train-the-trainer sessions, workshops, technical writing, competency-based training, experiential learning, and curriculum design and mapping. Throughout my career, I have applied a range of adult learning principles to ensure significant improvements in learning culture and real performance outcomes. I strive to consistently take the learner view. In doing so, my motto is simple: Supersede client expectations every time.
