As a multilingual professional I act globally helping individuals understand their own internal and external biases that create stereotypes and therefore decision-making that negatively impact the careers of underrepresented people. My approach is aimed to challenge perceptions, attitudes, behaviours and listening skills through empathy activities to demonstrate how all of these affect us, not only personally but also in the workplace. As the Lean In Network Bordeaux Founder & Head of DEI, I support a large network of women and men dedicated to gender equality.
