-Advised over 50 employees on career growth, mental health, and job strategies through personalized sessions.
-Created, marketed, and facilitated 20+ internal and external workshops, contributing to company-wide talent development initiatives.

Managed the company's GDPR requests while also overseeing multiple business operations across various departments, including HR, L&D, Legal, Finance, Communications, and Marketing. Collaborated closely with these teams to coordinate efforts and ensure that processes were continuously updated to optimize efficiency and effectiveness, with a focus on delivering results. To streamline the response to the hundreds of GDPR-related emails received each month, email, spreadsheet, and text systems were integrated using Zapier, enabling the automation of the reply process.

-Automated GDPR response handling via Zapier, significantly improving response time for hundreds of monthly requests.
-Spearheaded cross-departmental projects across HR, Legal, Finance, and Marketing, streamlining workflows and boosting internal alignment.

idealo internet GmbH

Trained as a specialist in selecting, assessing, and contacting potential e-commerce leads for the Italian market of Idealo, responsibilized for managing user reviews on the website and utilizing various tools such as Similar Web, Salesforce, and Jira to work effectively and efficiently.

-Identified and secured more than 15 leads per week, providing valuable support to the Idealo team in expanding their reach in the Italian market. 
-Optimized the lead-search process, streamlining operations and increasing efficiency. By leveraging these skills and expertise, the successful implementation of Idealo's operations in Italy was easier.

Managed a city-owned facility, responsible for providing shelter and support to homeless individuals during the winter months. Organized various activities and events, to foster a sense of community and belonging, while also communicating effectively about policies and procedures in place. 
Provided psychological support to users and colleagues in distress, gaining valuable experience in supporting individuals in need.

-Helped over 3,000 people find temporary housing during the winter months, providing critical support to vulnerable individuals in the community.

-Created training materials to ease the integration of first-time users, improving the overall experience of the service and contributing to a better environment for all. 

Through this experience, strong soft skills in communication, teamwork, and problem-solving were developed, serving me well in subsequent roles.

Managed the company's online presence, regularly updating the website and Facebook page, ensuring current and engaging  content for our target audience. Monitored ongoing marketing campaigns, tracking their effectiveness and making adjustments as needed.

To attract potential customers, presentations were prepared, blogs and newspapers were contacted to promote our services, leveraging communication skills to establish meaningful connections with key influencers. In addition, the platform was regularly tested to identify and report any potential bugs, ensuring that our customers had a smooth and seamless experience with our services.

Through my efforts, I was able to contribute to the success of the company's online presence, improving our visibility and engagement with potential customers. My skills in marketing, communication, and problem-solving were critical to achieving these results.

Greenpeace

Developed strong listening skills, which were used to great effect during negotiations. Learned powerful conversation techniques to encourage individuals to take action on critical environmental issues. By putting these skills into practice, hundreds of people were motivated to sign up for monthly or annual subscriptions to Greenpeace, enabling them to support the organization's important work.

-Successfully generated 30,000 euros in revenue for the NGO through monthly and yearly user subscriptions.
