About my role:
- Co-lead the expansion of TWC's presence in the EMEA region by driving sales development.
- Active participation in industry events and conferences within the financial sector.

- Support the expansion of TWC's presence in the EMEA region by driving sales development initiatives, including outbound prospecting campaigns via LinkedIn, calls, and emails.

- Secured 90% of the leads target in the first month after joining.

Lead Executive Generator EMEA

- Produce engaging and persuasive content strategies for marketing materials, including websites, blog posts, social media posts, advertisements, and email newsletters.

- Simultaneously manage, plan, and execute marketing and PR strategies and initiatives for more than 12 US and European B2B/B2C startup enterprises, totaling USD 280,000 annually. 

Main achievements

- While ensuring the execution and compliance of advertising campaigns of more than 12 accounts and line-managed 2 people, I contributed articles about startups, tech, and ecosystems to publications like Entrepreneur, 150 sec, Social Geek, and Novobrief.
- Secured mentions in top-tier publications in the US, Europe, and LatAm. 72% of which were published in TechCrunch, Entrepreneur, Forbes, Business Insider, and Fast Company. 
- Increased client satisfaction levels from 52% to 91% and improved retention of existing clients by 100% within the first three months after joining the company.

The Intern Group

- Develop and strengthen company partnerships so participants can perform high-quality internships in Medellín and Santiago de Chile.
- Match participant interests and backgrounds with the host organization's open positions.

Main achievements

- Increased The Intern Group's presence and global recognition by placing more than 200 students from different universities around the world in companies in Medellín and Santiago de Chile in support of professional internships during the summer of 2018.

- Management of 6 accounts and coordinated more than 20 projects from conception and design to development and implementation.

- Maintained an 89% KPI of 100% throughout 2018. This was related to excellent customer service and program recommendations.
- Planned, executed and supervised the brand redesign of a large client. This helped the company bill more than USD 100,000 the following month.
