-Making outbound calls to liaise with business owners and procurement managers in relation to upcoming electricity contract renewals.
-Qualify customers information and providing up to date information for our Sales consultants.
-Maintaining a positive relationship between AGL and its customers.

Key Achievements
-Appointed trainer for new recruits and was a subject matter expert for queries on how to handle customer objections and queries.
