We are on a mission to redefine how teams hire go-to-market talent.

Today's strategy to find top talent is completely broken. If we think about where our best employees come from, they are almost always found via referrals and our own network. However, the challenge is that referrals are never enough to fill our entire hiring pipeline. So we end up needing to leverage job boards to fill out the rest of our candidate pool.
