After overcoming the many challenges of launching a business in a new region, scaling that business to a point where I could safely hand it off, and navigating the inner workings of an enterprise product team, I founded rZr Labs to focus on 3 things: 1. Providing innovative tech startups and SMEs a stepping stone to break into the GCC market. 2. Advising founders and CEOs to scale to their fullest potential, whether that be through product-led growth, innovative GTM tactics, or fundamental business growth strategies. 3. Consulting with enterprise organizations who are looking to boost innovation from within, without disrupting their day to day operations. I continue to be involved in the physical security technology space, supporting the many friends and former clients (not mutually exclusive) in the industry, and I am always happy to share my thoughts and learnings.
