I currently have the tremendous opportunity of helping Microsoft's existing Retail, Consumer Goods, and Manufacturing customers understand, apply and drive value using Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. As a Microsoft Business Applications Specialist I'm responsible for:

- Partnering with C-level executives and key business decision-makers, identifying their digital transformation goals, and driving innovative solutions that help achieve strategic business objectives

- Orchestrating partner and Microsoft resources to drive customer ROI and adoption of Microsoft's cloud services

Business Applications Sales Executive

Working in Microsoft's Global Demand Center, I develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and BDMs to understand their business priorities and develop innovative solutions to meet their business objectives. Responsible for orchestrating a team to plan and execute technical solutions that improve customer experiences, streamline business processes, and optimize platform performance. 

Accomplishments:
•  Lead complex event management migration from third party SaaS to Dynamics 365 Marketing. This saves Microsoft future licensing costs and showcases Microsoft on Microsoft solution
•Lead a multi-year optimization effort of Microsoft's Marketo instance - ensured an improved customer experience for all Microsoft pre-sales motions 
•Driving influence with BDMs – presenting technology solutions in 1:1 meetings as well as presentations with global audience of 400+ attendees

Trusted C-level consultant responsible for driving marketing tech-stack implementation, generating marketing and sales qualified leads, vendor management, operations process optimization, internal selling.

• Consulted C-suite on the value of digitizing Verathon’s marketing business processes – invited to weekly board meetings
• Pitched the case for onboarding a $50K marketing automation tool (Pardot) to the executive leadership team – drove successful implementation
