I tell transformational stories cooperatively with my clients enabling them to redefine who they are from the inside out without fear. My clients work with me to discover who they really are, make new choices that align with their personal values, and identify simple solutions to everyday problems that help them overcome a destructive need to control the future. It's time to look in the mirror, decide what you want to see there and work towards it. Daunting alone, easy with an experienced coach! I am an ACC certified professional coach, a leader in my local chapter of the International Coaching Federation (Oregon Charter Chapter), an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner, a business owner, son & husband. I'm also a big old nerd! I love Dungeons and Dragons, most things Sci-Fi/Fantasy, and video games. I'm partially disabled and I work every day to overcome chronic pain and perfectionist tendencies, to live a more fulfilling and productive life. I realized that over the years, playing cooperative storytelling games (like Dungeons and Dragons) that I learned more about myself there than with a therapist. I am on a mission to capture that experience and share it with my clients. I believe storytelling has so much potential and neuroscience agrees. That is why I'm developing a storytelling tool based on a narrative therapy model for ICF ethically aligned coaches to explore with their clients, create new and exciting breakthroughs effortlessly and have fun while you are doing it.
