Something was broken.🥲

That was me 10 months ago…

Hundreds of likes.
Hundreds of comments.
Hundreds of connection requests.

My biggest weakness became my job.

Let me explain.

English was the only exam I failed in 5 years of university.

I had to repeat it.
Twice.

The thought of speaking a language that wasn't mine?

It terrified me.

Every time I opened my mouth, my brain froze.
Words disappeared.
Confidence? Gone.

I told myself stories:

"I'm just not built for languages."
"Some people have the gift. I don't."
"I'll never need it anyway."

Lies. All of them.

Fast forward to today:

→ I work in English. Daily.
→ I coach clients in English.
→ I write content in English.
→ I think in English sometimes.

3 years ago? I couldn't say a full sentence.

So what changed?

…Just my mindset.

I stopped seeing English as an enemy to defeat.
And started seeing it as a skill to build.

One word at a time.
One mistake at a time.
One embarrassing conversation at a time.

Here's what I learned:

1. Your biggest obstacle often becomes your biggest strength.
↳ The thing you avoid is usually the thing you need most.

2. Fear is just data.
↳ It tells you where growth lives.

3. "I can't" is temporary.
↳ "I won't try" is permanent.

4. Progress feels invisible until it's not.
↳ Then one day you realize: you're doing the thing you thought was impossible.

That failed exam?

Best thing that ever happened to me.

It taught me that limitations are stories.

And stories can be rewritten.(ALWAYS)

So if there's something you think you "just can't do"…

Maybe you're just not there YET.

Give yourself permission to be bad at it.
Then watch what happens. 💪

And still freeze when it's time to post.
Still hear that voice saying "who are you to teach this?"
Still feel like a fraud even when clients say you changed their life.

That's why tomorrow I'm flying to Lapland.

And no, it's not a holiday.

Bare-chest hikes in freezing cold.
Ice baths in wild nature at -30°C.
Breathwork at the edge of my limits.
One night outside. No tent. (Yes, I'm a bit scared 👀)

80% of experts hide their best idea.

Because they think it's "too niche

A few days ago, I had a 1:1 session with a client.

Incredible background.
A resume that speaks for itself.
One of the most skilled people I've ever met.

But his positioning? Still unclear.

Why?

He was terrified of making the wrong choice.

So I asked him something simple:

"Walk me through what you're bringing to LinkedIn and your business rn."

And I listened.

Not just to his words…
To his signals.

He spent ten minutes on one topic. Confident. Structured.

Then another topic came up.

One minute. Almost skipped over.

Like he was hoping I wouldn't notice.

But his energy on that one minute?

Completely different…

I pointed it out.

And something shifted.

He admitted that the topic he barely mentioned was the one that truly lit him up inside.

He was rushing through it because he was scared.

Scared he wouldn't find his audience on LinkedIn with that topic.
Scared it was "too niche."
Scared no one would care.

We unpacked those fears one by one.

And you know what we found?

They were baseless.

Built on his assumptions, not real facts.

In one hour, confusion became clarity.

Now he knows where to start.
Not because I told him.
But because he finally saw it himself.

Sometimes you need just one thing….
someone to show you what you already know.

The worst advice I ever got on LinkedIn?

“Just post every day. The algorithm will do the rest."

I followed it to the letter. 🥲

Posting every day.(Sunday included)
Commenting every day.
Engaging every day.

I was a machine.

And you know what I got?

Burnout.
Empty content.
Zero clients.

Because no one told me the truth:

Consistency without direction is just noise.

You can post 365 days a year…
But if you don't know WHO you are…
If you don't know WHAT you offer…
If you don't know WHO you're talking to…

You're just filling the feed.

Here's what I learned after months of wasted effort:

1. Signal first, consistency second.
↳ If your message isn't clear, repeating it just amplifies the confusion.

2. Connect with people. Talk to them. Build REAL relationships.
↳ One meaningful conversation beats 100 AI Bulls*it stuff

3. Treat your content like an MVP.
↳ Start small. Test. Learn what resonates. Then double down.

Today I post less compared to a year ago
But every word carries weight.

And the results? 

I think they speak for themselves by now.

So…

if someone tells you "You just need to be consistent"…

Ask them: "Consistent in what?"

Because the answer changes everything. 💪
