I’ve seen people leave 50 AI-generated comments a day….Result? 

Zero real connections
zero conversations
zero clients.

LinkedIn isn’t a numbers game. It’s a relationships game.

When you comment, write for everyone reading the thread, not just the author.

 ➔ Error 2: Posting without engaging with anyone first

They hit publish. Then wait for the magic to happen.

But LinkedIn rewards engagement, not just posting. 

If you haven't commented on other people's content, haven't built any relationships, your post will fall flat.

Spend time in other people's comments sections first. 

Show up. 
Add value. 
Then when you post.

 ➔ Error 3: Waiting until everything is perfect

The optimized profile. 
The “defined strategy”.
The finished content calendar.

Meanwhile, weeks pass. Months.

Truth is: your first post won’t be perfect. And that’s fine.

What matters is starting. 
Posting consistently. 
Learning as you go.

What worked:

1. Show up where your people are.
↳ Live events and commenting on their LinkedIn posts.

2. Consistency builds memory.
↳ I posted 3 themes about improving respiratory efficiency for 90 days. She didn’t need to remember my name.

3. Questions, not pitches:
↳ Ask what they are working on. Listen. Empathy and emotional intelligence build connections.

Remember this: Your personal brand builds relationships at scale, you earn trust, you sustain it with content, and you make buying easy.

1. Breathe through your nose
↳ your nose has 30+ structures that guarantee proper air filtration

2. Slow your breath
↳ the ideal number at rest is between 6 and 8 breaths per minute (it can be trained - and you can start from point 3!)

3. Keep it light
↳ get used to breathing for 5 min in the morning and 5 min in the evening with 30% of the air you usually use (creating a sustainable air hunger). 

4. Practice it daily 
↳ you’ll slowly become more and more aware and in control of your breath.

By training little by little, your breathing will become silent, slow, and deep - ALWAYS.

⇀ You’ll feel calmer
⇀ You’ll recover faster
⇀ You’ll perform stronger

And remember. Your breath is always with you. Never underestimate it!

I noticed a clear pattern:

You can deal with your mental state starting from your breath (ALWAYS).

When you lose connection with it, stress wins.
When you master it, you regain control.

How?

Try my “Breathe and Lead Method”:

1. Pause before reacting.
↳ Take one slow inhale through your nose, exhale longer than you inhale (double).

2. Anchor your attention.
↳ Feel the air move - nothing else matters in that moment (if your mind wanders, bring it back to your breath).

3. “Get the work done”
↳ Train this simple technique every day. (sunday included)

4. Become aware.
↳ Observe all the times you react impulsively (it will help you activate the “right” mode).

Take me for example:

4 years ago, I used to hold my breath without realizing it - especially while sending emails.

Now?

I breathe through the pressure.

Issues.
Meetings.
Challenges.
Opportunities.

All start with one deep breath.

There are no hacks.
There are no shortcuts.
There’s only awareness - built one breath at a time.

And remember: “peace is not found… it’s built.”

Your biggest mistake on LinkedIn?

My answer might surprise you.

It's not about content, but about the number of bells you ring. 

I’ve seen this happen many times with my clients - the ones who want to build their personal brand without burning out.

Here’s what usually happens:

You like someone’s content → you hit the bell → then another one → and another one…

Before you know it, your feed turns into noise - 50 notifications a day and zero focus on what truly matters.

I’ve been there too.

All in the name of “staying updated”… but in reality, I was just getting distracted.


Notifications should guide you, not lead you off track.

My best tips for you?

1. Turn on notifications only for creators who genuinely inspire you (be very selective).

2. Activate a maximum of 10 bells (not one more).

3. Save the best posts (you’ll train the algorithm to what you actually enjoy).

4. If a creator’s content doesn’t add value anymore, turn that bell off.

5. Remember: the quality of your notifications = the quality of your attention.

You don’t need to be everywhere.

You just need to be in the right places, at the right time, with the right intention.

TLDR:

Don’t turn on every bell.
Only the ones that ring in tune with you. 🔔

Many of my clients have the same issue: they spend hours trying to “beat” the algorithm.
